Event Description
We have partnered with Bon Coeur Fine Wines to bring you, "BCFW Merchants Pick - exploring classic varieties and blends from around the world."
This will be our first time working with Bon Coeur Fine Wines, a family owned merchants based in Melsonby, North Yorkshire.
The wines have been selected by BCFW and the case (with the exception of one Spanish v New Zealand Albarino match up) mostly pitches Classic France against the Rest of The World. Notably the case will include a mystery Viognier blend discovered by some of our regulars on a recent visit to Chile, a head to head between Pouilly-Fume and a top Australian Sauvignon Blanc and our first rose of the year when Provence takes on Sancerre.
The twelve bottle case lines up as follows:
Viu Manent Secret Viognier, Gran Reserva and Domaine de Montmarin Viognier
Chateau Puech-Haut Prestige Rouge and Fryers Cove Grenache Cinsault
Adegas Valminor, Torroxal Albarino and Left Field, Gisborne Albarino
Chateau de Tracy, Tracy and Cie Pinot Noir and Umbrele Pinot Noir, Cramele Recas
Chateau de Tracy Pouilly-Fume and Leeuwin Estate, Art Series Sauvignon Blanc
Paul Thomas, Sancerre Rose Chavignol and M de Minuty Rose Cotes de Provence
The course starts on Thursday 6th February and runs for six consecutive Thursdays ending on Thursday 13th March. If you miss an evening then all sessions are recorded so that you can watch on catch up.
The wines have been discounted especially for this course and the case costs £190.00.
Just click "Add to Basket" to join the course and then call Lisa on 01325 776 446 to purchase your case by credit card.
