This event showcases one of Britain's favourite foods, "humble" fish and chips with France's premium wine style - Champagne.
Before we get to the main event, we will set the scene with three sparkling wines including a Prosecco.
Then, when the Lion Hotel's kitchen has prepared our fish supper, the real fun starts as we enjoy three different Champagne's with our fish and chips.
