Event Description
We will have some fun pairing 8 delicious wines with 8 different popular snacks - while of course using the principles of food and wine matching to find the perfect partners and seeing if the snacks’ salty profile really does bring out the best in the wine.
The final line-up is to be confirmed but is likely to be:
Txakoli with Pickled Onion Monster Munch
Chablis with Scampi Fries
Rioja with Walkers Max Paprika
Malbec with McCoys Flame Grilled Steak
Assyrtiko with Lime and Coriander Poppadoms
Gewurztraminer with Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations
Syrah with Bacon Frazzles
Zin with Hula Hoops Big and Beefy
The wines will be sourced from The Wine Society and I will notify the final selection by the 16th January to allow ordering and delivery by the 22nd January.
The total cost for the 8 wine mixed case will be around £150.00
