Event Description
To blend or not to blend, that is the question? -A two part course: Part 1 - 29 Feb and Part 2 - 28 March
There are certain grape varieties that are best known for their supporting role, but what do they bring to the performance? Can they shine in the spotlight?
In our next series of on-line tastings we explore six different grapes varieties, tasted as single varietals and then as part of a blend. We will discover the key characteristics of the grape and decide if they are star solos or if they are best enjoyed as an essential part of a larger cast?
The series is split into two separate three week courses with a week’s break in-between.
