Hi, my interest in food and wine, ignited when Head Chef in our family restaurant, followed me to Bordeaux then led me to Newcastle Wine School and I have never left.

Qualified in; Hotel Management, WSET and FWS wine certifications, EWA Gin Diploma, Cicerone Certified Beer Server and trained at Plumpton College. When not teaching and tasting, I relax with a glass of wine. Most expensive round? €160 for one glass of Madeira from 1795 …thankfully I was drinking alone!
