As much as we love exploring the amazing array of grapes in the world, there are thousands. There are 8 that are considered the principal varieties. These are widely grown throughout the world and are change depending on the climate they are grown in.
Week One: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
Week Two: Pinot Grigio/Gris and Merlot
Week Three: Riesling and Syrah/Shiraz
Week Four: Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon
This mini course is ideal for those wishing to learn more about these grapes and the regions they are grown in.
