Meet the Maker: with The Lane at Corney & Barrow

Corney & Barrow are hosting a fabulous Meet the Maker BBQ, Aussie style! Spend an evening in the company of Kate and Adam of C&B, plus special guest Jared Stringer CEO of The Lane, a beautiful boutique vineyard in South Australia's Adelaide Hills. 

The tasting will start at 6pm at Corney and Barrow's beautiful North of England Office at 4 Park Square East, LS1 2 NE

The evening will be a casual affair, starting with a welcome drink of The Lane Pinot Gris at 6pm. Next you'll spend an hour or so in the company of Jared who will talk through the beautiful estate and explain how they use the fresh cool climate to craft wines which have all the Aussie fruit but also plenty of finesse and elegance. 

You'll be tasting a further 4 wines (so, 5 in total)

Gathering Sauvignon Semillon (RRP £21.95)

Beginning Chardonnay (£21.95)

19th Meeting Cabernet Sauvignon (£29.95)

Reunion Shiraz (£29.50)

Then enjoy a relaxed BBQ served up by fabulous private caterers who will select the food to reflect the Aussie theme and the wines tasted. This is your chance to chat with Jared and enjoy the wines alongside the tasty food.

Wines are available from C&B, although they are not available to purchase on the night, you can naturally place at order with the C&B team if you wish.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietry requirements. Most requests can be catered for e.g vegetarian, gluten free etc. But the C&B and catering team will need advance notice in order to accomodate.
