Battle of the Brie! Northern Monk x George & Joseph x YWS

Beer, Wine, Cheese and a whole lot of laughs! What a dream line up... we've teamed up with Northern Monk Brewery to host a special evening at their place! Joining us will be George and Joseph owner Stephen as we pair BOTH beer and wine to the cheese!

Here is how it works:

George and Joseph have been asked to pick 4 cheeses for the event. 

Northern Monk will pair those cheeses to 4 of their own beers.

Laura will pair the same 4 cheeses to 4 wines. 

You just need to book your seat at the table as we gather in the event space at the top of the Northern Monk Refectory (Marshalls Mill, Marshall St, LS11 9YJ). On the evening both Laura and the Brewery team will present their pairings for you to taste and enjoy. Stephen from G&J cheesemongers will be on hand to explain a bit more about the cheese. 

At the end of each cheese, you have to vote for the best pairing and we'll ask Stephen for his expert opinion too!
