Each course will explore a different facet of Australian food culture; from the freshest fish and seafood to modern multicultural pan-Asian cuisine and a sun-kissed dessert, each paired with outstanding wines from some of Australia’s most exciting regions and boutique-style wine producers.

Along the way, we’ll reveal the stories behind the wines: from crisp Hunter Valley Semillon to elegant Margaret River Chardonnay, bold Barossa Shiraz, fine Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir, and luscious Rutherglen Muscat. Please be aware that this event starts promptly at 7pm. We recommend that you allow up to half an hour after the stated finish time before arranging transport home as occasionally service can run a little late.
