Event Description
France, England, Spain, Italy and Switzerland are home to some of the world's greatest cold meats and are famous for their diverse and interesting range of regional products.
A full selection of these renowned cold meats will be enjoyed in this classic tasting evening. We will be tasting at least 7 saucissons and cured meats (included salami, chorizo, saucisson with herbs, saucisson with black pepper, Serano ham, etc).
Each cold meat is carefully selected to be matched to a very specifically chosen RED wine in order to enhance your overall wine & food experience. No white wine tasted on that particular occasion, only reds! ;-)
