The second day is devoted to immersive wine experiences, led by an award-winning wine tutor and sommelier who joins the group throughout. Begin at Albury Organic Vineyard, where you’ll explore the vines, meet passionate producers, and taste acclaimed still rosé and sparkling wines that reflect the unique Surrey Hills terroir. A charcuterie board lunch follows, before your next stop at Denbies Wine Estate—England’s largest vineyard. There, you’ll board the Sparkling Vineyard Train Tour, winding through the vine-covered hills with commentary and views, followed by a behind-the-scenes cellar tour and a curated exclusive wine tasting.

In the evening, return to the hotel for a relaxed group dinner, where wine and beer are again included. It's the perfect opportunity to reflect on the day’s discoveries with new friends.
