We love cheese and sparkling wine in equal measure. It felt only fair that we finally brought them together for an epic night of food and wine pairing!
We'll try 7 different cheese and sparkling wine combinations, and while they will vary a bit from tasting to tasting, will include at least some of the following:
- Langres with Champagne
- Comté with Aged Cremant
- English Sparkling with classic aged cheddar
- Sparkling Vouvray with Chavignol
- Prosecco with Creamy Pecorino
- Blue cheese with Demi Sec
- Alta Langa La Tur with Franciacorta
- Pét Nat with Alpine Cheese
