Why is Champagne and Fish & Chips such a good combination? Come and and find out!
At this tasting, we'll compare Champagne, Cava and Prosecco - the process used to make them sparkle is key to the flavours.
We'll also sample look-a-likes such as Cremant, New World Sparkling Wine and English Sparkling Wine asking 'Are these as good?'
Pairing with Fish 'n' Chips is a classic combination that simply must be experienced if you haven't already!
And to pack in extra value, we'll also demonstrate how to open Champagne with a sword (called 'Sabrage')!
