In 1976 Steven Spurrier a British wine merchant decided to be as bold as running a competition of comparing new American Wines v top wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy. The wine judges were French, so what could go wrong!
We will taste 3 top chardonnays and 3 top Bordeaux style wines, from Burgundy, Bordeaux and the USA, all covered up, so you will not know which wine is which.
What will be your judgement?
