Event Description
Come and discover the diversity of Austria’s wines - perfect for anyone new to this historic country's wines. You will taste a minimum of 6 wines, exploring several regions and their eclectic varieties.
Austria may be small, but its wines are big on character and this session is all about discovering what makes them so special. Whether you’re already a fan of Austrian wines or just curious to learn more, this is the perfect chance to taste, learn and have a great time while exploring some quality bottles.
You’ll sip your way through crisp and zesty Grüner Veltliner, elegant Rieslings from the Wachau, rich and spicy Blaufränkisch and the odd surprise. Along the way, Graham will share fascinating insights into Austria’s wine regions, grape varieties and winemaking traditions with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
