Wine & Dine: A Taste of North America

Embark on a culinary journey across North America, celebrating the rich histories, landscapes and flavours of the United States, Canada and Mexico. From Mexico's ancient civilisations and vibrant culinary traditions to Canada's diverse cultural heritage and the pioneering spirit of the United States, each course and wine pairing reflects a continent shaped by Indigenous cultures, migration and centuries of shared history.

North America's dramatic scenery provides the inspiration for the evening: Mexico's sun-drenched valleys and coastlines, the vast forests and mountains of Canada, and the celebrated vineyards of California. Guests will enjoy an elegant three-course fine-dining menu, with two carefully selected wines paired with each course.

The wine journey will showcase distinctive North American styles, including renowned Napa Valley wines and a beautifully balanced sweet wine to complement the dessert.
