Event Description
This tasting will be 6 wines. Including the signature grapes of Burgundy. Dare we tell you a white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay (?), the other infamous grape is Pinot Noir. Plus we're including some lighter red wines from the Gamay grape, around Beaujolais.
We'll tell you why you can enjoy these styles of wine slightly chilled, and with fish.....ooh lala breaking all the rules today!
Then headed to the South, not as well known as Burgundy, but home to some big reds such as Fitou, or Corbiere. Some lovely wines made from Syrah or Greanche.
