For our ultimately decadent chocolate pairing experience we will be matching incredible Michel Cluizel chocolate discs to 6 wines. Cluizel is often referred to as the 'Goldsmith of Chocolate'; one of the finest chocolatiers in the world. We have been working hard to find suitably delicious wines which will showcase this amazing chocolate.
The final line up will be decided a bit nearer the event, but some match ups which have worked for us so far...
- Argentinian Malbec and 63% cocoa solids
- Madiran Tannat and 85% cocoa solids
- New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with white chocolate
- Sauternes with 45% cocoa solids
Either way, this is going to be a pretty delicious line up!
