Event Description
Our theme will be Alpine food, so the kitchen team will be getting creative will all manner of hearty potato dishes, plenty of melty cheese (naturally!), and other mountain food to put the colour in to your cheeks.
Laura will be selecting a couple of Alpine (or Alpine-inspired) wines to work with the food. We are already imagining that we might kick off with a beautiful fresh Cremant de Savoie, enjoy some beautiful whites from Valle D'Aosta, some robust reds from Trentino should also be making an appearance.
As ever, we'll be guided by the flavours and the creativity of the kitchen team. We are excited about this evening- we know how much you guys like the theme!
Veggies- IMPORTANT! The evening can be made suitable for vegetarians, but please let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure we have the correct menu for you. Unfortunately it's a bit of a stretch to do this kind of menu for vegans (sorry!). Other dietary requirements, just drop us an email and we will see what we can do. Please be aware that the kitchen at Friends of Ham is a small, open space so we can't guarantee to anyone with severe allergies that small amounts of cross contamination won't occur.
Give yourselves something to look forward to at the end of a long, cold, dark January!
