Within two working days of booking, you’ll receive your course login information.

Work through Jimmy Smith’s specially created video lessons alongside Capstone California’s official learning resources.

There are no scheduled online classes. Watch, pause, revisit and study whenever it suits you.

2. Join Your 11-Wine California Tasting

This £50 booking includes the tasting session occurring on the date shown on this page.

You’ll taste 11 carefully selected Californian wines with one of our experienced Capstone California educators, exploring the key grapes, regions and styles covered during your studies.

Compare wines side by side, reinforce the theory and ask questions in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Jimmy Smith may host selected sessions alongside other qualified Capstone California educators from the West London Wine School teaching team.

3. Take the Exam When You’re Ready

There is no fixed examination date.

Once you feel confident with the material, complete the official Capstone California Level 1 exam online in your own time.

Pass the assessment and you’ll earn your Capstone California Level 1 qualification and become eligible to progress to Level 2.

What Will I Learn?
