Sparkling wine and particualry Champagne is seen as the perfect drink to start a celebration, come join us to discover how this wine is made and what different styles exist around the world
The process involved in making the bubbles is key to the flavour and style in the glass. We will discover how these bubbles are made and what grapes are required to make them.
Come and enjoy a delightfull evening of fine sparkling wines. We'll sample 6 wines including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, English Sparkling wine and two sparkling wines from elsewhere in the world.
All tastings include: minimum of 6 wines sourced locally so you can find them easily if you like them, full tasting notes, use of professional tastings glasses and nibbles.
