Owned and run by restaurateur Patrick Vaughan-Fowler and Head Chef Sam May, their menu of British sharing plates uses only the very best in organic and seasonal produce from local suppliers.
The wine list boasts over 80 specially-selected organic and sustainable wines, perfect for accompanying their innovative and flavourful dishes.
Our wine tastings are held in their beautiful Wine bar on the 1st floor.
