Event Description
Most of us only ever take a sip of Port around Christmas and even less of us will have tasted a Hungarian sweet Tokaj wine. Yet the world of sweet wines and fortified (have had more alcohol added to them) offer us some of the oldest wine styles in existence.
Often overlooked and yet brimming with unique flavours, we will delve into how these wines are made and where in the world they come from.
During the evening we will taste 6 vastly differnent tasting wines inluding a Port, a Sherry, a Maderia and 3 sweet wines from around the globe.
