Over 4 weeks, you will get under the grape skin (sorry for the awful pun) with how wine is made, key wine producing countries and regions, and the world's most important grape varieties.

Whether you're looking for a new favourite in the wine aisle or to navigate a restaurant wine list with confidence, this course is for you! By tasting and comparing at least 6 wines each evening in a fun, friendly and relaxed setting, by the end of the course you will be able to:

• taste wine like a professional
• identify and describe wine aromas and flavours
• recognise the world’s most important wine regions and grapes
• appreciate different styles of wine
• read and understand a wine label
• make better food and wine pairings
