We'll kick things off with an introduction to the wonderful world of sparkling wine. Ever wondered how those bubbles get into the bottle? Or what NV and Brut actually mean on a label? We'll reveal the secrets behind the sparkle, so you can enjoy your next glass with a little more confidence.

Your first three sparkling wines will be tasted blind, accompanied by a delicious starter of salt and pepper squid. Can you tell the difference between the styles? Don't worry if you're not sure – we'll guide you through the tasting and help you discover what makes each one special.

Then comes the main event: a traditional fish and chip supper, served with your choice of garden or mushy peas and tartare or curry sauce. We'll explore why sparkling wine and fish and chips are such a brilliant match, with two more glasses of fizz to enjoy alongside your meal.
