Event Description
Did you know that vines have been cultivated in the USA since the C17th? Or that California is the world's 4th largest wine producer? There's lots to discover about the wines of the USA, including wines from old vines and grape varieties not often found elsewhere. We'll explore California and beyond, to take in wines from some of other important wine producing states such as Oregon, Washington and New York.
Northern neighbour Canada is home to a growing number of quality producers and is forging a reputation beyond its rightly renowned ice wines. From British Columbia in the west to Ontario's Niagara Penisula in the east, and beyond to Newfoundland, Canada is certainly a country to get to know. We'll introduce you to some of our favourite examples.
