Event Description
This tasting will be 6 wines. We'll begin with the aromatic white wines from Alsace. Usually known by grape variety rather than place names, so we may include Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc or Riesling.
Then further south and warmer to the Rhone Valley. Home to some big wines and not just the reds. One of our favourite roses is from this region, we dare you to taste it blind and tell us you knew it was a rose! We'll be giving yousome tips on whch red wines to buy from lesser-know areas to grab a real bargain.
