Bonfire Night Cheese and Wine Pairing
For 5th November (Bonfire Night) we're theming this one around Fizz and Bang!
So expect to start with some sparkling wine to bring the fizz, followed by some delicious white, a bonfire-friendly orange wine, some warming autumn red and finishing with a dessert wine. We'll taste 7 wines and 6 cheeses to help you find the perfect combination!
Cheeses typically include some soft, hard, goat's and blue cheese, such as: Delice de Bourgogne, St Jude, Chèvre Buche, aged Comté, Lincolnshire Poacher and Cashel Blue.
