Wine & Chocolate (St Albans)

Sip, savour, and satisfy your sweet tooth! Join us for a fun, indulgent evening of wine and chocolate pairings, perfect for any wine and chocolate lover.

Sweet treats can be tricky to pair with wine, but we’ll share our top tips for matching chocolate and wine beautifully. We’ll be tasting six unique wines, each paired with a different chocolate, as you discover where the wines come from, how they’re made, and how to swirl, sniff, and sip like a pro!

No tasting experience is necessary — all levels of knowledge are welcome at our events.

Unfortunately we cannot offer vegan wine & chocolate pairings at this time. 

All guests must be at least 18 years old to attend this event. 

When booking, please ensure the 'quantity' in your basket matches the number of people attending (including if booking with a gift voucher).

Please note that your booking for this event is with Hertfordshire Wine School, not the venue. If you have any questions about your booking, please contact us directly — the venue won’t be able to assist with booking-related queries.

Coming as a group?
We love welcoming groups to our tastings! As these are shared events, we simply ask that larger groups are mindful of other guests and keep conversation to a level that allows everyone to hear what’s being discussed. We want everyone to have a relaxed and enjoyable evening, so thank you for being considerate of those around you.

The largest group we can accommodate on a single table for this event is 8 people. If your group is larger, we’ll need to seat you across separate tables — though we’ll do our best to keep you close together!
