After a long career in the hospitality trade, mainly focusing on cocktails & spirits, I have recently turned my attention to wine and started out on a journey to become a wine & spirits educator (and now a wine school owner)!
Previously, I have been a guest, student & tutor at the Birmingham Wine School and hope to steer the school into it’s next successful chapter. I have always wanted to share, my passion & knowledge with others and I have gained valuable experience over the years with the ultimate goal of spreading the love for wine, spirits & the drinks industry”.
