Spanish wine can be intimidating for beginners due to the unfamiliar names - it's more Tempranillo & Albariño than Merlot and Chardonnay.
But fear not - we shall guide you through this amazing wine country from North to South, including the wonderful Sherry region.
The tasting shall kick off with the great whites we can find in Green Spain, including Albariño, Spain's high quality white grape variety from Rias Baixas, and Txakoli - a gem from the Basque Country.
We shall also cover Rioja, and reds from both Tempranillo and Garnacha, served alongside some fantastic Chorizo and Manchego, and some very tasty Albondigas.
During the evening we'll share the principles of food and wine pairing and explain what makes an amazing combination.
