Wine Scholar Guild programs are designed for advanced students of wine (professionals or wine hobbyists who have passed or are considering WSET Level 3). The three evening classroom courses are deep dives into the wines, grapes and regions of France, Italy and Spain. Upon passing the multiple choice exam, you will receive a certificate and lapel pin and earn the French, Italian, or Spanish Wine Scholar title and corresponding post-nominal, which may be incorporated into a professional signature (e.g. John Smith, FWS).
Capstone California is the first accredited course on the wines of California, the world's 4th largest wine region after Italy, France and Spain. The course has been developed by the California Wine Institute and is aimed at wine enthusiasts and professionals. Students progress through Levels 1, 2 and 3 in a classroom format with an online multiple choice exam at the end of each level. When you pass each level you recieve a certificate and lapel pin.
