Fizz, Fish & Chips (Harpenden)

Fizz, Fish & Chips is one of the best food and wine pairings EVER. 

Over the course of the evening we'll taste 6 delicious sparkling wines and enjoy a delicious fish and chip supper.* You'll also learn a little bit about how sparkling wine is made and discover some of the wine regions making fabulous fizz! 

Come and enjoy a relaxing evening of fizz, fish & chips. 

No tasting experience is necessary — all levels of knowledge are welcome at our events.

* Halloumi is offered as an alternative to fish. Please note that the restaurant does not cook any meat products in their fryers but fish and chips are cooked in the same fryer.

When booking, please ensure the 'quantity' in your basket matches the number of people attending (including if booking with a gift voucher).

Please note that your booking for this event is with Hertfordshire Wine School, not the venue. If you have any questions about your booking, please contact us directly — the venue won’t be able to assist with booking-related queries.

Please note the tasting space is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via a flight of stairs, with no lift available.

Coming as a group?
We love welcoming groups to our tastings! As these are shared events, we simply ask that larger groups are mindful of other guests and keep conversation to a level that allows everyone to hear what’s being discussed. We want everyone to have a relaxed and enjoyable evening, so thank you for being considerate of those around you.

The largest group we can accommodate on a single table for this event is 6 people. If your group is larger, we’ll need to seat you across separate tables — though we’ll do our best to keep you close together!
