Event Description
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot — the power couple of Bordeaux — are two of the most widely planted and recognisable grape varieties in the world. From Left Bank structure to New World plushness, this duo forms the backbone of many iconic reds.
In this tasting, we’ll explore six wines from across the globe, from Bordeaux classics to bold expressions from places like Chile, California, and Australia. Discover how climate, winemaking and local terroir influence the style, flavour and structure of these popular grapes.
Whether you’re a seasoned Cabernet fan, a Merlot convert, or just curious to learn more, this is a relaxed and engaging way to taste your way around the world of red wine.
No tasting experience is necessary — all levels of knowledge are welcome at our events.
All guests must be at least 18 years old to attend this event.
