Event Description
Charcuterie makes a wonderful accompaniment to wine and will often be served if you visit wineries around the world. We will have a great selection of meats for you to sample and discover how each of the chosen wines will pair best with each flavour of meat.
For example, we will take some Iberico ham and pair it with it with a beautiful Rioja Reserva or Ribera Del Duero.
Or Italian Salsiccia with a fine Chianti Classico
We will have at least six wines with which to pair our food.
Your charcuterie platter will also include a selection or artisan bread, olives and accompanying condiments.
Wines are sourced from a range of local suppliers and Chris will be on hand to guide you through each wine and recommended food pairing in a relaxed and informative manner.
