A Saturday wine course exploring classic French wine styles including Champagne and their New World equivalents at Hotel du Vin with lunch!
Join us for a Saturday wine course in Brighton (11am-4pm) with 2 course lunch included where we taste classic French grape varieties and compare them to New World wines made from the same grapes.
Saturday wine courses are suitable for all. Whether you have never been to a wine tasting before or are an experienced taster, there is something for everyone.

- A delicious 2 course lunch (all diets catered for - just let us know)
On this fascinating course we will compare wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah/Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and other grapes.
We'll sample the classic French versions and compare them blind with New World countries like Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, South Africa and USA.
You will learn the basics about the different grape varieties and how to taste wine like a professional. No previous experience is necessary.
