Mark has had a keen interest in wine for many years and passed the WSET Level 2 qualification at a young age. That stood him in good stead for a lifetime enjoying the world of wine. He passed the WSET Level 3 with Sussex Wine School and has recently been awarded the WSET Diploma after two years of demanding but rewarding study. Mark is also a WSET Certified Educator.
Mark has been a judge at the People’s Choice Wine Awards, and has spent the summer of 2022 hosting tours and tastings at Ridgeview Wine Estate.
In past years Mark has enjoyed visits to vineyards and wineries in Europe, California, Australia and New Zealand, and has just returned from Argentina, where he greatly enjoyed visits to vineyards and wineries of Mendoza and Salta.
