It’s been a while since we last did a wine and chocolate tasting, and we’re not exactly sure why. Let’s rectify that situation…
This is your chance to enjoy two of the world’s greatest pleasures together, and in the process discover that chocolate isn’t something that can only be partnered with sweet wines. So yes, there’ll be some classic combos – Tawny Port will probably take a major role – but we have a surprisingly long list of potential couplings involving chocolates of all colours, shapes and sizes alongside wines as diverse as Prosecco, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and (proper red) Zinfandel.
