The final session of our Back to (Wine) Basics course looks at some of the misunderstood members of the wine world. There’ll be some fortified wines and there’ll be a pair of Rieslings, one dry, one not-so-dry – expect to have your expectations challenged. We’ll also try a pair of Riojas, to demonstrate what can happen when wine is aged in barrel.
