Having looked at the bad buys in the shops in session 1, the second session of our Back to (Wine) Basics course looks at what you should be putting in your trolley, basket or whatever. There’ll be a pair of whites made from the same grape but from different parts of the word, a pair of rosés of very different shades of pink and a pair of wines from the same part of the world, but with one considerably older than the other. Plus as with Week 1, something a little off the beaten track.
