Fortified wines have one thing in common, additional alcohol has been added, but they come in a range of styles, from dry to sweet, white, red and rosé.
We'll taste 6 different fortified wines from around the world, paired with a few nibbles, incluidng Sherry, Port and Madeira, and we'll learn about where and how fortified wines are made.
