We’ll explore the Penedès region, the history of Cava, the key grape varieties, and the traditional method of production that gives Cava its distinctive character.

Taste six different styles side by side while learning how factors like grape growing, ageing, and blending influence style — from crisp and refreshing to more complex and textural expressions.
