There is often a debate as to which is the greatest country of the world in terms of wine production. Italy and France definately lead the conversation when it comes to classic wines and centuries of history.
Tonight we will pit these famous countries against one another. Who provides the perfect zippy, fresh white wine? Who can provide the ideal food friendly red? There will be some famous regions defending their national honour and lots of lively debate. I will be on hand to give you the background, history and tasting notes but the ultimate decision lies with you!!
