Course Description
Join us for the versus series and take a journey into some fantastic wine regions, countries and grape varieties. You will learn the key grapes and styles that shape these wines and gain an understanding of the labeling terms and regulations that underpin the wines.
You will also discover using your own palette, the styles of wine that you prefer and the distinct characteristics of each country and each wine region.
We will have a great time debating each wine and have fun making our judgements and agreeing or disagreeing along the way!
