I bought the Saturday Introduction to Wine course for myself and my husband as a gift and we had the most fantastic day. Cherie was a brilliant tutor - she made it fun and interesting and made everyone feel relaxed (the wine of course helped with that too...) The day is really well constructed, with a nice break for lunch and a good number and variety of wines to try and compare. You are introduced in the way to taste wine, and learn to recognise various elements; acidity, sweetness etc., and also a topline view of navigating your way through old and new world wines. We have certainly taken a lot away to enable us to be confident in trying new wines. Highly recommended!
