Saturday Courses with Champagne & Lunch
If you want to taste a wide variety of wines and understand what makes them so different, or you want to know which wine to drink with what food then this is the ideal course for you. You will discover how to taste wine like a professional, and taste a wide range of 12 delicious wines from the Old World (Italy, France and Spain) and New World (eg OZ, NZ, South Africa, Chile, Argentina). Food & Wine matching, and tips on storing and serving wine are also included.
