Event Description

Gin is on a roll in the UK at the moment with new micro-distilleries opening up seemingly every month in the UK but what is gin, where was it first made, which country drinks the most gin and what are the styles of gin available today?

Find out everything you need to know about gin at this fascinating two hour tasting. We'll be taking a look at (and smelling) a range of botannicals, then nosing and tasting six gins from London, Kent, Surrey, Dorset and Sussex alongside Fevertree tonic water.

Six gins on tasting including some of the following:

- The Botanist
- Plymouth Gin
- Hayman's Old Tom
- Gin Mare
- Seven Sisters
- St George Terroir
- Silent Pool
- Chilgrove
- Brighton Gin
- Anno
- Pickerings
- Slake Gin
- Tanqueray No 10

This tasting is great for gin lovers and anyone who wants to find out more about gin and how it is made.
