Event Description
Spain’s best place for white wines? There’s now more competition from other parts of the country for the title, but Rias Baixas is still holding its own, and the wines are getting better year by year. The Albariño grape thrives in the granite rich-soils in this green and pleasant part of the world – Galicia is often referred to as Green Spain – but while the eight wines on show will demonstrate the variety of styles that Albariño can achieve, there’ll also be a chance to see how other varieties, red as well as white, perform here.
Thanks to the generosity of the Rias Baixas growers, we’re able to offer what should be a fascinating tasting for just £40 – do join us!
