Our wine and cheese evenings are always popular but this time we're flying the GB flag with pride & celebrating the wonderful cheese & wine pairings found closer to home.
To mark English Wine Week 2023, we're going to find some magical cheese & wine pairings from the UK We've put our thinking caps on already and come up with some ideas to tempt you:
How about Cornish Kern and Sussex Chardonnay?
The wonderful Baron Bigod with aged vintage English sparkling wine?
What about pungent Bacchus (the English version of Sauvignon Blanc) with Rosay Ash Goat's cheese?
Or for something more robust we've got Burwash Rose and a qvervi aged orange wine!
What about the reds? We're thinking Gusbourne Pinot Noir and Tunworth - a Camembert style cheese from Hampshire.
