First created by Josep Raventós i Fatjó in 1872, using exactly the same techniques as in Champagne, this gorgeous sparkling wine is undergoing something of a revolution, and for good reason.
Produced in seven of Spain's autonomous regions, the focus of production is in Cataluna with Rioja, Navarra & Valencia also producing stunning examples. And with ageing regulations firmly in place, the best examples show stunning bottle development in excess of 3 years, sometimes up to 10 years.

Reserva Cava - min ageing 15 months
Gran Reserva Cava - min ageing 30 months
"Paraje Calificado" Cava - min ageing 36 months
Your tasting will include: 6 tasting portions of our chosen wines, tasting samples of local cheeses, wine handouts, 2 hr interactive presentation, led by our wine expert, with plenty of time for Q&A.
