Alex has worked with the head chef of The Corn Stores to create the perfect food and wine matching menu. Taking wines from his private cellar this will be an indulgent tasting showcasing just how exceptional food and wine can be together.
The menu is a closely held secret - the wines will be snuck in under the cover of darkness to make sure everything on the night is a wonderful surprise.
